Runestone Academy

Runestone is a project that has four main parts to it:

1. A Textbook hosting service that allows you and your students to access any of the textbooks written using their tools.
2. A set of open source textbooks written using the tools that you are free to use and modify in your own classes.
3. A set of tools for writing interactive textbooks in restructuredText and other markup languages.
4. A open source server/API that supports the interactive textbooks

Community of Practice for Open Education

CCCOER is a growing consortium of community and technical colleges committed to expanding access to education and increasing student success through adoption of open educational policy, practices, and resources. We are celebrating our 10th Anniversary in 2017-18 with retrospectives from the amazing visionaries, leaders, and members who have contributed to building our community.

Textbook Revolution

Textbook Revolution is a student-run site dedicated to increasing the use of free educational materials by teachers and professors. We want to get these materials into classrooms. On this site you’ll find links and reviews of textbooks and select educational resources. Some of the books are PDF files, others are viewable online as e-books, or some are simply web sites containing course or multimedia content.
