- Bluepoint proposed to host POSSE either at UPD or at ADMU on June 7-11, 2010
- Bluepoint's proposal generally follows a Open Source & Computer Science approach (pretty much like POSSE 2009)
- APC likewise proposed to host it at Asia Pacific College around May-June
- APC proposal for Muscovado Project as nominated OS project
