From Teaching Open Source

This is a stub page - we'll be asking the TOS community for help in figuring out a process that Red Hat (as an example source of small funding grants) can use to identify universities and individuals and groups within them that have interests that intersect with ours in the TOS realm, and to help them find small amounts of funding for their projects to pursue those interests, when small amounts of funding are needed.
